A complete application packet must be submitted in order to be considered:

One letter of reference from a church pastor/clergy.
Three recommendation sheets completed by community members (other than your pastor), teachers and/or counselors
Typed essay.
Official transcript from high school, college, and/or university(must be in a sealed envelope.
Verification on enrollment must be submitted to a Board Member in a timely manner. (Letter of Acceptance)

Scholarship will be awarded after completion of the 1st Semester of college and submission of an official college transcript showing a Grade Point Average of 2.7 or higher.
